Global Maternity Policy
20-week maternity leave with full salary will be provided to all pregnant SUSE employees together with time off with full pay for pregnancy-related appointments. When adopting a child or using surrogacy, our employees are also entitled to reasonable time off, agreed with the line manager and HR.
